Deion Sanders on “Dumbest” Misconception of Himself, Colorado

Colorado Coach Deion Sanders took some time with SiriusXM to share what some of the misconceptions about the Colorado program were.

One of the first misconceptions Coach Sanders discussed is that people think it’s all about him, and Coach Sanders disagrees, saying that he’s been in the game of football for 30 years, and he wouldn’t still be at it all that time later if it were about him.

As for the “dumbest” misconception, as Coach Sanders called it, is that he’s planning to leave after Travis Hunter and his son Shedeur Sanders leave for the NFL after this season. “That’s the dumbest thing I ever saw in my life, like, I’m gonna follow my sons. Come on. That’s not a dad.”

Missouri’s Brady Cook Believes Tigers Have Something to Prove

Missouri QB Brady Cook believes that there is still something for Missouri to prove, as we head towards the 2024 season.

Cook shares that, although Missouri finished with 11+ wins for the first time since 2014 and finished in the AP Top 10 for the first time since 2013, the team has to reset their expectations and come in with a clear mindset for 2024.

Looking at the win over Ohio State in the Cotton Bowl, that’s in the past and part of the history books, Cook said, now 2024 is all that matters and the Tigers believe they have something to prove in 2024.
