The Top 10 receiver in America is a Tiger after revealing his pledge to Brian Kelly and the Bayou Bengals.

High 4-Star WR Derek Meadows committed yesterday to LSU over his other finalists in Alabama, Georgia, Michigan, Notre Dame, and other offers.
Meadows said he was a fan of how they ran practice, how the coaches approached coaching their players, and how the environment is like a family.
Meadows is ranked highest on 247Sports, where he is rated a 5-star WR and ranked 6th at WR and 32nd nationally.
According to On3’s composite rankings, Meadows ranks as the 41st overall recruit and the 7th ranked WR.
This is LSU’s 16th Blue Chip commitment and 18th commitment overall for a 2025 class which ranks 3rd nationally and 2nd in the SEC.

Consensus 4-star Edge Bryce Davis committed to Clemson yesterday over Georgia and Duke, among others.
For Davis, he said that you just can’t beat the family feeling that Clemson’s program has.
Of the four major recruiting services, Rivals ranks Davis the highest, ranking him 51st nationally and 3rd for his position.
On On3’s industry composite rankings, Davis ranks 71st nationally and 9th at his position.
This is only Clemson’s 14th commitment of the cycle for a class which ranks 6th nationally and 1st in the ACC.
4-Star CB Jaboree Antoine Commits to Miami

Consensus 4-Star CB Jaboree Antoine committed yesterday to Miami over LSU, among others.
Antoine was previously committed to LSU, but decommitted and decided on the Hurricanes following his official visit.
Antoine’s highest ranking is with ESPN, who ranks him 54th nationally and 7th at the CB position.
Overall, his On3 composite ranking is 87th nationally and 9th at his position.
Antoine’s commitment is Miami’s 14th 4-star commitment and 19th overall, which brings their 2025 class to 9th nationally, jumping Florida State to have the 2nd best recruiting class in the ACC as of now.

Consensus 4-star IOL Cortez Smith committed to in-state Georgia yesterday over Georgia Tech and Miami, among other offers.
For Smith, the attention to detail with Georgia’s program is what really stood out.
Of all of the recruiting services, ESPN ranks Smith the highest, tabbing him the 80th ranked recruit overall and 2nd at his position. On3’s composite ranking has him 157th nationally and 11th at his position.
This marks Georgia’s 19th Blue Chip commitment and 21st commitment overall for the 2025 class which ranks 4th nationally and 3rd in the SEC.
Missouri’s Luther Burden: I Want to Show I’m the Best in the Country
During SEC Media Days, Missouri’s Luther Burden shared that he feels like there is still a lot to prove and he wants to show everyone that he is the best in the country.
Nick Saban took some time to compliment Burden’s ability, calling him a complete player at the wide receiver position, high praise from the G.O.A.T.
ESPN’s Biggest Question Marks for Top 25 Teams
ESPN recently published a list of the biggest question marks for each of the Top 25 teams ahead of the 2024 season.
Leading the way at #1 is Georgia, whose biggest concern is pass rush. For Ohio State, it’s quarterback after bringing in Kansas State transfer Will Howard.
Reigning National Champion Michigan ranks 10th with a biggest question of wide receiver. Newcomers of the SEC, Texas and Oklahoma, the Longhorns’ biggest question is pass defense and the Sooners’ biggest question is the offensive line.
4-Star LB Christian Gass Commits to Tennessee

Composite 4-star LB Christian Gass committed to Tennessee yesterday over Florida, Georgia, USC, and others.
Gass loved how Tennessee recruited him and made him a priority from the beginning.
The recruiting services are a little split on Gass’ ranking, as he ranges from the 6th ranked LB (On3) to the 44th ranked LB (Rivals). On On3’s industry composite rankings, however, he ranks 225th nationally and 25th for his position.
Gass is Tennessee’s 18th commitment for the 2025 class, which ranks 12th nationally and 6th in the SEC.
3-Star DL Floyd Boucard Commits to Oklahoma

High 3-star DL Floyd Boucard committed yesterday to Oklahoma over Alabama, Miami, and USC, among others. Boucard is nearly a 4-star on 3 of the 4 recruiting services, and is a 4-star according to Rivals.
Following being offered by Oklahoma, Boucard called it a gut feeling that he had about the Sooners, and he’s been high on Oklahoma since.
Boucard is ranked highest on Rivals, ranking 17th at his position, with On3 and 247Sports ranking Boucard the lowest at 44th for his position.
In On3’s industry composite, he ranks 453rd overall and 41st at the DL position.
Alabama S Malachi Moore: Keeping Team Together Most Important After Saban’s Retirement
When Alabama’s Nick Saban retired, the Alabama players had a 30-day window to decide whether to enter the transfer portal or not.
According to safety Malachi Moore, the leaders of the team felt like keeping as many players bought in and with the team was the most important focus.
Moore also said that it brought the team closer together, because everyone could look around the locker room and see that everyone in that room chose to stay with everyone else.
Auburn’s Brian Battie Walks for First Time Following Shooting
After being shot in May and suffering a severe brain injury as a result, Brian Battie walked for the first time, with the aid of a cane.
His GoFundMe shares updates on Battie’s condition from time to time here. The GoFundMe has raised over $100,000.
